📋Infractions
As a staff member, you are required to follow our guidelines & regulations found here. When a staff member fails to adhere to & follow those guidelines infractions are handed out by the high-ranked team. Infractions can vary from warnings, strikes, suspensions, terminations, and blacklists.
What are warnings?
Warnings are handed out when the action resulting in infraction is only minor and doesn't require any further punishment. Warnings are just a reminder to follow our regulations however reaching 3 warnings will result in a strike.
What are strikes?
Strikes are handed out when the action resulting in infraction is more serious and requires further punishment than a warning. Strikes are issued on a case-by-case basis and your staff history. Strikes can be issued for any number of reasons such as shift grinding, provoking arguments, starting drama, etc. Achieving 3 strikes will result in a demotion or possibly a termination.
Can I appeal infractions I receive?
If you believe that the infraction you received was incorrect or unjustified, then please open an Internal Affairs ticket if your infraction message states that you may appeal your infraction. You must provide good reasoning and evidence behind why you believe that your infraction should be revoked.
