# Staff Training

## What do I do once my staff application has been accepted?

After your staff application is accepted you must complete and pass the ASRP training program in order to receive full moderation permissions and to moderate independently. You must request training in the #request-training channel in our Discord server and follow the format pinged. A trained staff instructor will then reach out to you giving you the information required to complete your staff training.

## What are the sections of the training?

We have three parts of the training. You can find information about each part of the training below:

**Part 1:** You will be asked to join our Melonly so you can participate in the training. You also will be asked a couple of basic questions via direct messages with your staff instructor.

**Part 2:** You will go through 2 simulations. Your staff instructor will score you based on your performance during those 2 simulations.

**Part 3:** You will go through some real calls when the server is full and you will respond to them and answer the question / solve the issue. The staff instructor will score you based on your performance and help you if needed.

## How can I become a trained Staff Instructor?
