Molonly Usage
All staff should know how to use the Melonly bot and know its basic functions and commands. If not, you can check out this page to learn how to use Melonly's basic functions. If you are experiencing issues with Melonly you should contact them via their support server.
Shift Functions
We use Melonly for our shift functions & tracking. You must use the /shift manage
command in the #staff-commands channels or go to the Melonly moderator panel in order to start your break. You'll have the following options to pick from:
Start shift - You should pick this option once you are on the police team with your uniform and livery ready to start responding to mod calls.
Start break - You should use this option when you will be inactive for about 10 minutes or less and are unable to respond to mod calls for some time.
End shift - You should use this option when you are done moderating for the time and would like to end your shift.

LOA Functions
Internal Affairs+ are allowed to access Internal Affairs support tickets. These tickets are used for appealing staff infractions & to make staff complaints. Anything that is in an Internal Affairs ticket should STAY in the ticket and not be talked about in other channels. Staff complaints should be investigated properly ensuring you have proof of a violation of the staff code of conduct. Appeals should be looked into and ensure that the staff member appealing the infraction provides a good enough reason & proof in order to revoke said infraction.
Who can access Management support tickets?
We use Melonly for our LOA functions & tracking. You must go to the Melonly moderator panel in order to request a LOA. You will need to press "Manage Leave of Absences" in order to request a LOA. Keep the following in mind when requesting a LOA:
- You cannot request a LOA for more than 30 days. You should retire if you are at the point where you cannot be active for 30 days.
- You should be detailed when filling out the LOA reason. Management members reserve the right to decline the LOA at any time.

API Commands
Only members of the Management Team are permitted to utilize Melonly's API commands. This is due to how hard it is to track the members that use the commands. Usage of these commands while not being a Management Member will result in an infraction. Exceptions can and will be made for certain people and certain circumstances.
